In history a case is known, when the ancient public worker Ksenaphont, coming back from Persia to Greece entered into an unknown country Armenia. Later, in his work "Anabasis" he told about the life style and cuisine of that people, describing their culture. In 2000, 17th of June, in one of central streets of Yerevan the restaurant was built which combined in it the ancient and new Armenia, with the secrets of its national cuisine.
